I really need to make time to read again, I used to do it all the time before kids and now just don’t make the effort. I need a really gritty non-fiction to wet my appetite again! Have a great 2013! Emily

My reading has really dropped off, that’s why I started the 13/13 reading challenge. We’d love to have you join us is if you’d like some friendly encouragement – a book a month isn’t too onerous a task!

You are right, I’ll search through my book shelf for last year’s Xmas present that I haven’t read yet, dad gets me one each year. And I’ll sign up once I’m a quarter way through πŸ™‚
        Thanks for encouragement

I read three books last week while at the beach!! That never happens in a ‘normal’ week.

I’m the same – I’ll finish my book today, and I can’t remember the last time I finished a book in two days!

Gosh, I can’t remember the last time I sat down and read a book (toddler’s picture books excluded of course!). At the moment even that feels like it would take more energy than I have :s Might have to challenge myself to give it a go πŸ™‚

Hi! I'm Rachel. I love making things & experimenting with new techinques & mediums. I am addicted to pretty paper, and make & sell letterpress stationery. Being creative is my sanity break from the rush of life as a wife, and a mother of four. I do a lot of my creating without shoes. This is the story of where my bare feet & creative heart take me.
