friday// house reset day, life admin, general weekend prep + dropping smallest boy to scout camp & baby girl started early with an up cycling project she finished sometime after midnight (gets it from her father)
saturday// finished a book, finished a Netflix series, started an album, knitted a bit, played a game
sunday// more of the above, picked up very tired smallest boy (they won the campers award, and came third overall), crochet
monday// contemplated snow chasing, cancelled snow chasing in favour of coffee in bed, packed away album stuff, did two sketchbook revival classes, marvelled at how quickly the weekend went.

I’m smiling because all of life is a “long weekend” when a person is retired! I go from activity to activity – ukulele-playing; quilt making; lifting weights; sewing; round loom knitting; Bible study; line dancing; power walking; diamond painting; quilting; and then start all over again. The only thing I’m missing is time with children and grandchildren. Still, I love this lifestyle!
