twenty four what?
So. Um. You know how I was doing a 24 hour quilt challenge on ANZAC Day? I kind of sort of finished it. Last night. Yeah. I know.
A mix of scrappy Ohio Stars to create a kind of rainbow scatter (a bit Rainbow Brite-ish, don’t you think?), with a scrappy binding and simple scrappy backing of 8″ squares. And I’ve just noticed a pin still in there, oops. The stars are echo quilted 1/4″ inside , and then the grey background is quilted with an all over hearts and swirls pattern (found here). It was supposed to be a gift, but there are more “oopsies” than I would like, so I’m keeping this chappy for our stash!
Friday is here, as is my newest friend Head Ache, who has delightfully been around all week. So much I should be doing, but instead I think I’ll go rest up, and try and kick it for good before the weekend. More exciting bloggy stuff with extra wordy bits next week. Have a good weekend all xx

Love it Rach! I am going to share this next week on ASWC for Rainbow week.
Aww! Thanks! Just grab the pics from here, or email me if you want different sizes etc. x
I love it! (and for me, a quilt in 6 weeks would be pretty fab achievement!) Especially love the grey with the stars. Beautiful. I want to learn to quilt but I worry I would get addicted. I might have to take a class one of these days.
