Blogtoberfest 2014 :: AKA apparently I’m crazy
It doesn’t seem all that long since I wrote 33 posts in 31 days for
Blogtoberfest 2012, certainly, in many ways, not two whole years. But in others, it seems a lifetime ago. In those two years I’ve fallen pregnant, grown a baby, given birth & raised that tiny human from a newborn into a very active, very cheeky, very adorable toddler. My creative life has stretched and changed and grown as it needed to, to fit in around the demands of mothering four little people. Part of that meant Blogtoberfest last year needed to be put aside – I had a 3.5wk old baby, posting daily was not something I needed to add to my list of “things to do to survive today”. But with baby now a toddler, I’ve heard the siren’s call and signed up for this year.
There will be a mix of sewing and Project Life and writing and arting and… Already my creative mojo is flowing with new projects and ideas, and that alone, is enough to call it, on day three, a success. Presuming I can live up to my own hype going on in my head. 31 days. 31 posts. Let’s do this!
